What to have some fun and meet new people while getting in shape?
Join fitness guru to the stars, MaDonna Grimes, and other Blackweekly.com member for an evening of fun and fittness. Burn off that work day stress in a unique, high energy, FREE one hour workout to old school funk music. The evening will also feature mingling, a special sexy dance performance by The Madonna Grimes Dance & Fitness Theatre Company, and a special dance party. So, don't forget to pack your sweat and water Thursday morning. This will be a hot one!

Sign-in, and mingling - 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Old School Workout - 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Cooldown - 8:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
Sexy Dance Performance - 9:00 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.
Dance Party - 9:30 p.m. to Midnight
Attire FOR THE ENTIRE EVENING is workout, even is you don't attend the class. Changing rooms are available for both men and women.
Please note:
Only the first 50 people to RSVP at fitness@blackweekly.com or
sign-up at the studio can participate in the free class.
Also note, TVs will be in the studio for game 6 of the NBA finals (is needed)
