Rainbow Promotions announces
The 17th Annual Long Beach Jazz Festival
Recognized as the longest running annual jazz festival in Southern California, the Long Beach Jazz Festival features three days of fantastic performances by world-renowned jazz artists.
This year's event promises to be even more exciting with the addition of a jumbotron for improved viewing pleasure by the 30,000 plus attendees. In addition to amazing music by a variety of premiere jazz artists representing traditional, contemporary, smooth and Latin jazz genres, the outdoor music event also features a variety of tasty food vendors, arts, crafts and more.
Bank of America returns as presenting sponsor of this exciting event. Other sponsors are KCBS 2 & KCAL 9 TV, Hilton Hotels Long Beach, Charter Communications, Chase Manhattan, Jazziz Magazine, Budweiser and Northrop Grumman.

Tickets to the three days of concerts can be obtained from Ticketmaster or Rainbow Promotions, (562) 424-0013. VIP ticket seating includes dinner, wine service and backstage access -- $135 on Friday, and $160 per seat on Saturday and Sunday. Reserved box seating tickets are $50 on Friday and $65 per seat on Saturday and Sunday. General admission/lawn seating is $35 (prior to August 11th) and $40 at the gate.
